Ung Resurs Room

Ung Resurs, ”Young Resource” in english, is a unit in Vänersborg which is working to facilitate the entry of young job seekers into the labor market. They have a special project called ”Hikikomori”, which is Japanese for ”pulling inward, being confined” and describes adolescents or adults who withdraw from social life, often seeking extreme degrees of isolation and confinement. I was assigned the job to decorate a special room for this project, where the participants would have a soft and quiet place to hang out on their terms.
